This is a photo of Brad Whitord’s rig from November of 2007. The circled pedal is a Majik Box modified TS808 sitting next to a Klon Centaur and Analog Man modified TS9DX. Special thanks to Brad’s tech, Bobby Schneck for lending us his golden ears! Brad Whitford…guitarist for Aerosmith

Rig1

Check out one of our earliest Studio Mods, done on a Boss CS-3 as well as a Boss GE-7 with the Air Mod.  The Lee Jackson Boost in the rear is soon being replaced with a Venom Boost. Vic Johnson...Lead Guitarist for Sammy Hagar & The Wabos

Vic’s main sound comes from either a hand wired Plexi reissue or a JCM800 1959 head that you see just a bit of on the left of the rack.  The JMP-1 in there is for back up if the heads fail.  The whole thing is run wet/dry/wet and sounds massive when cranked.  The Air Modded Boss GE-7 is used for boost, while the Studio Modded CS-3 is used for clean tones. Vic Johnson...Lead Guitarist for Sammy Hagar & The Wabos
